Musculoskeletal and First Contact Physiotherapy

Available to patients registered with all Oakfield PCN practices

Our First Contact Physiotherapists assess muscle, joint and bone problems and can provide advice, treatment plans and onward referral where appropriate.

PCN Mental Health Practitioners work alongside practice teams to offer assessment, advice and coordinated support for adults experiencing mental health difficulties.
